Our family was somewhat unexpectedly thrust into the home buying experience, and we were hurriedly looking at open houses when we could. My wife met Beth at an open house and they made a great connection. We got her contact and I called her within a couple days. From that conversation on she worked with us every step of the way, educating us, finding relevant listings, providing emotional support, introducing us to the banker we ended up doing business with, and being there on time for every showing; she even watched our daughters so we could walk the homes by ourselves. Given the competitive nature of the market and our means, we were open about our wants and geographic constraints. After 10-12 showings within just 2-3 weeks found a place. Even though the sellers seemed okay at first, when contract time came it became apparent that they talked one way and wrote another. Beth helped us navigate the negotiation and ultimately not sign the contract. We subsequently found the perfect home for us at a great price within 7 weeks of beginning the search!
